ALTA Handbook - This document covers HOA management, insurance claims, architecture, landscaping, exterior policies, pools, parking, pets, and more. The appendix items are shown on this page with an asterisk (*); except the Insurance claim form- see State Farm if you need a current form.
*Resolution #1 gives the board permission to make resolutions.
*Resolution #2 gives the board permission to enforce resolutions.
*Resolution #3 describes homeowner and HOA maintenance responsibilities.
*Policy Resolution #4 covers the HOA's responsibility to have adequate insurance, and homeowner's related responsibilities.

The *Approved Plant List lists those that can be maintained by our ALTA landscapers.
The *Restricted Plant List lists those that won't be maintained, as well as some prohibited by Oregon as "noxious weeds".

Rental Policy covers the rules for renting a residence, and clarifies ALTA responsibility for exterior maintenance.
Insurance policy declaration covers the State Farm policy on HOA property and liability
Articles of Incorporation declares ALTA's registration as an Oregon Non-Profit Corporation, the purposes for which we were organized, and that each of us is a member subject to the By-Laws.
