Pools

The Pool committee works with the Property Manager, who has responsibility for oversight and enforcement of the CC&Rs relating to swimming pools maintained by the Association. The Property Manager handles the pool and pool building maintenance contracts, utilities, and all purchases including bathroom upgrades. The committee oversees the results and makes relevant recommendations. See the Contacts page for contact information.

• ALTA has four swimming pools for use by ALTA residents and their guests: Arbor Lake, East Lake, Old Farm, and Village Crest. Click here for a pool map.

• Pools are normally open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in October, weather permitting. Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

• Pool keys: One key has been issued to each home, which works only for ALTA pools. Replacement keys cost $25.
